Elizabeth Dewey, MD

Dr. Elizabeth Dewey is a ABFM board certified family physician. She has served the Greensboro community in family medicine since 2003. She centers her practice around the needs of her patients and is committed to using evidence-based medicine in promoting health, wellness and preventing disease.

Kimberly Tatum, FNP-C

Kimberly Tatum is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse. She and Dr Dewey are happy to be working together again. Kimberly graduated from Winston Salem State with a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2012.


Throughout the years Kimberly has worked as a Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Practice Administrator. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, providing virtual and on-site acute and primary care, medical weight loss and nutritional counseling, and chronic condition medical management.

Sara Passey, PA-C

Sara Passey, PA-C is a NCCPA board certified Physician Assistant. She and her family relocated from Seattle area and she is excited to be joining Dr. Dewey's team.


For 10 years, Sara has worked as  a Physician Assistant. She spent 2 years  in women’s health and 8 years in Family Practice. Her experience includes chronic care management, annual exams acute care and women’s health procedures like Nexplanon and IUD placements and removals. Sara enjoys connecting with her patients and their families.  She is passionate about evidence-based medicine and providing care as a team.

Ava Brennan, ANP-BC

Ava Brennan is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Ava has 12 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care and Surgery. She also worked as Surgery Center Administrator and has served as Nursing Faculty at Maryville University. She is passionate about providing individualized care that revolves around the patient. :I believe that open and empathetic communication is essential for building strong provider-patient relationships and that the patient should be an active participant in healthcare journey.”
